Pls find below the terms and conditions of Saffrane. In case products or services are involved which were not generated through the website but through cash sales for example, the subcondtions "Cancellation", "Ordering" and "Returning" are not applicable. On all products, services and contracts from Saffrane, only and exclusively Dutch law is applicable.
1.0 - Prices
All mentioned prices on this website are in Euros including 21% VAT and exclusive shipping cost. As long as contracts or agreements are not confirmed, Saffrane is authorized to change the prices as well as the conditions. The contract is confirmed as soon as you place a definite order with Saffrane.Should there be any price increase after you have placed a definite order with Saffrane, you will not be charged for the price increase and pay the price mentioned on the website. Should there be a price decrease, you wll receive this decrease and we will lower the price accordingly however only when the order has not been dispatched yet. You automatically agree with our terms and conditions of use when you confirm your order with Saffrane.
2.0 - Ordering
All articles which are shown and mentioned on our website and which show a selling price, can be ordered through the website. After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation displaying a survey with all ordered items, the invoice number and the delivery adress. Should the order confirmation display any wrong info, pls send us an email about this. In case Saffrane does not receive an email within 24 hours after you have received the order confirmation, Saffrane assumes all info is correct and will act accordingly. Despite using a stock control system, it can occur that an item is sold out or sold simultaneously to another website customer. Should this be the case, Saffrane will inform you immediately about this.
3.0 - Payment
In case you order though our website, you should pay the total amount (including shipping cost if applicable). We prefer to receive payments through the secured and recognized IDEAL payment system.
Should you not be able to use IDEAL, you can also transfer the money to us though a bank transfer. As soon as Saffrane has received your payment, we will further proceed processing your order. In case you opt for a bank transfer, this will automatically lead to few days on top of regular delivery lead time. In any case Saffrane will always do their utmost to process your orders as quickly as possible. Should we not have received your full payment within 7 days after having send you an orderconfirmation, Saffrane will presume you are not interested in keeping the order and automatically cancel your order.
In case you have chosen to personally pick up your order we prefer to receive payment before this pick up by Ideal or bank transfer. In case no other option, we do accept cash payment.
4.0 - Delivery
Only orders for which we received full payment are processed for delivery. All orders will be delivered to the adress stated in your order. We maintain quick delivery dates and strive for delivering your order as soon as we possibly can. All stock items will be delivered within 1-4 days after having received your full payment. All articles which are not in stock will be delivered within 2 weeks unles otherwise stated.
In case Saffrane has dispatched the parcel, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch. Mentioned delivery times can never result in judicial disputes. Saffrane cannot be held responsible in any case or any form for mentioned delivery times. We take greatest care in shipping your orders. All products are thorougly checked and inspected and well packed before sending them out. Saffrane is not responsible for any delay caused by or derived from the parcel company used. Saffrane does offer you the possibility to personally pick up your order after you and Saffrane has stipulated a day and time within mutual agreement. Saffrane will make sure your order is ready for pick up at the agreed day and time.
5.0 - Incorrect delivery
Whenever you place an order with Saffrane through the website, it is your responsibilty to make sure the delivery adress is correct. You will have to check this when placing an order and if needed adjust the data so Saffrane receives receives correct data. Saffrane cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries caused by typing mistakes from customers or customers supplying Saffrane with incorrect data
You are entitled to return ordered items within 14 days after having received your order providing:
6.1 - The article has not been used in any way and is in its original state and and in original packaging including a copy of the invoice showing your full adress details.
6.2 - Returning the article is only allowed when you have informed Saffrane within 12 days after having received the articles, by email stating the reason for returning. Saffrane will confirm the return to you by email.
6.3 - The shipping cost of returns are for the customers' account. In case the above rules are followed for returns, Saffrane will refund the mony (excluding the shipping cost and possible extra cost due to for example damage) within 14 days.
Saffrane does reserve the right to refuse returned articles or refund returned articles partially if we suspect that the article has been used or has been damaged deliberately. Whenever the order or part of the order has not been returned within 14 days after having received it, Saffrane assumes you have fully accepted the order.
7.0 - Personal data
To process your orders, we will have to file your personal data in our customers' relation maintenance. Your data will never be used for any other purposes than this and will not be sold to third parties. Saffrane does respect and will apply the current legislation about personal data.
8.0 - Responsibility
Saffrane cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of any of the products Saffrane delivered to you. Saffrane is also not responsible for colour and/or material damage or fading caused by incorrectly placing and using the products inside, outside as well as using the items on patios or balconies. Saffrane strongly advises to remove wooden products and products made from textile inside after having used them outside. You will avoid colour damage or fading and will be able to enjoy your product much longer. Saffrane will do their best to advise you and this advise will come from Saffrane's suppliers. Saffrane is not responsible for their suppliers' info.
Saffrane cannot be held responsible for any consequences of a delayed order or any incorrect info or typing mistakes made by customers. Saffrane's responsibility is restricted to the amount of the invoice sent of the order involved minus the shipping cost.
9.0 - Pictures and descriptions
The content of this website has been composed within all possible care and attention. We try to display and describe the products as clear and truthfull as possible. The colours of the articles on the website can show deviations from the original article due to the computer screen quality. This can never lead to any judicial disputes. Saffrane cannot exclude that certain information is incorrect and/or incomplete. Saffrane is not responsible for the consequences of incorrect and/or incomplete information on the website.
